Multi-colored beauty surrounds us
Bears on the brink of hibernation
Autumn leaves methodically falling to Earth
Welcome afternoon rain
Mountains basking in snowfall
Squirrels skittering
Trout sipping
Sunlight waning
Crisp mornings create a welcome chill
Warm afternoons remind us there’s still time
But, cold nights remind us of what’s to come
Fall is here
